1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the pp69 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by pp69. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and pp69 ("Platform" or "We").

Accessing or using any part of the PP69 platform constitutes your full agreement to all terms stated herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the PP69 platform immediately.

PP69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Registration Eligibility

To register for and use pp69 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PP69 takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one pp69 account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. PP69 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be inaccurate.
• Permitted regions: You must be located in a geographic area where use of the PP69 platform is permitted under applicable local laws.

3 User Account

Your PP69 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or any other party who gains access with or without your knowledge.

• Password: You must set a strong password and keep it confidential. PP69 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We strongly encourage enabling 2FA for an added layer of security on your account.
• Immediate reporting: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the PP69 support team immediately via live chat.
• Up-to-date information: You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information, email address, and phone number on your account are kept up to date.
• Sole ownership: A PP69 account may only be held by an individual and not by a corporate entity, syndicate, or group. Using an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

PP69 supports a wide range of payment methods fully integrated with Malaysia's banking system, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Deposit limit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and account level. Full details are available in the Deposit section of your account.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes for 97% of all requests that have passed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to the initial review process.
• Supported payment methods: Withdrawals must use the same or a related payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pp69 is not responsible for any losses arising from foreign currency exchange rate differences.
• Transaction fees: PP69 does not charge any hidden fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5 Bonus & Promotions

PP69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective offer.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements not fulfilled within the applicable period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse prohibition: The use of multiple accounts, collusion between players to manipulate bonuses, or any form of bonus abuse is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated wins.

6 Game Rules

The PP69 platform offers a wide range of game categories including online slots, fish shooting games, live casino, and table games. Each category and individual game title has its own rules that all players are required to follow.

• RNG outcomes: All slot and fish shooting games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. All outcomes produced are completely random and final — no party, including PP69, can alter any recorded result.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, PP69 will use system records to determine the outcome of the relevant game. The system result is final.
• System errors: In the event of an obvious technical error (such as an unusually large win display caused by a bug), PP69 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or win and restore the balance to its state prior to the error.
• Wagering limit: Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on account type and active promotions.
• RTP value: The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is publicly displayed in the respective game information. RTP values are based on long-term statistical expectations and are not a guarantee of wins in any individual session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

PP69 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, forged documents, or misleading information.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial method to play games or exploit the PP69 system.
• Money laundering: Using the PP69 platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusive manipulation: Colluding with other players in a coordinated effort to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or deceive the system.
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to PP69's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Support abuse: Making false claims, providing misleading information to the support team, or abusing complaint channels for personal gain.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

PP69 takes your privacy seriously. All personal information you provide is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the PP69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

• Data usage: Your information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification (KYC), and service improvement at PP69.
• Data sharing: PP69 will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp69, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the pp69 platform.

• Gaming losses: PP69 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of online gaming activity.
• Service disruption: While pp69 strives to maintain uptime exceeding 99.9%, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. pp69 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Internet connection: PP69 is not responsible for any issues arising from the quality or interruption of a user's internet connection.
• Third-party actions: PP69 is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party service providers, including game suppliers and payment gateways.

10 Account Termination

Either you or PP69 may terminate the account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Closure by member: You may request the closure of your PP69 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Closure by PP69: PP69 reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or if an account freeze is required for security reasons.
• Balance withdrawal: If an account is terminated by PP69 for reasons other than a breach, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you upon completion of the review.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may contact our support team to activate the self-exclusion option. This is a measure fully respected by PP69.

11 Terms Amendment

PP69 retains the absolute right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the PP69 website.

PP69 will endeavour to provide members with advance notice of significant changes via registered email or in-account notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the PP69 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the PP69 platform and contact us to close your account.
